Not too much to write. I haven't actually written anything in a long time... which makes me sad. I've got ideas bouncing around, but I'm too busy at class and work and doing homework to actually formulate them into anything... and then I get home and I play Final Fantasy and they go out the window.
I do love my job, though. Particularly since I'm the most senior of the workers there now, it seems, and they call me when they have a problem and can't reach the staff. That makes me feel special, or something.
I have poetry and drawings tickling my mind, so to speak, but... well, my poetry is bad and my drawings are worse. ^_^ Fiction, though... I find I have a bit of a forte there, so to speak. I enjoy narrating something. I need to write more vignettes. And I need to get this next short story down on paper.
I'll tell you what... for any of you who read my story "#44" (here:
[link] ), the "main character" in that, Keys McCarthy, is quite a guy to have a voice all of a sudden. He's nothing special... I made him out to be the most flat character ever. Apathetic. Inconsequential. But now he's demanding to be written, but every time I try to write the next short story to go with that one, it turns out to be short and quasi-pointless.
Bleh.
In art-related news, there's really nothing new. I haven't done any experimenting in Photoshop or anything at all recently. I suppose I could upload my FFVI header that I did for a GJ layout (
[link] ), but... I don't know. That's not even really my art... I just merged the images, tinted them, resized, and all that happy stuff. It looks nice though.
This has been a long journal entry. I really should work on my Spanish homework.
